structures, with common rail widths from 15 mm to 35 mm.
MG Series — Miniature Linear Guides
Available in stainless steel and carbon steel options, with compact
rail widths from 5 mm to 15 mm. Suitable for small automation
devices, measuring equipment, compact slides, and 3D printer motion
systems.
For standard guideway production, rails are commonly made from S55C
steel, while blocks are made from SNCM220 alloy steel. Accuracy
grade, preload, rail length, and block type can be selected
according to the application.
Ball Screws
TranzBrillix supplies rolled and ground ball screws for positioning
and transmission systems.
Available options include:
- Rolled C7 ball screws for standard automation and economical transmission applications
- Ground C5 and C3 ball screws for applications requiring higher positioning accuracy
